2. Overview

This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking or advertising services. Fonts are hosted on this server; no data is sent to third parties such as Google when you visit the site. Personal data is only processed as described below.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG, Königsberger Straße 4–6, 32339 Espelkamp, Germany, on servers in Germany. When you visit the site, the server automatically records technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser and operating system). This is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after a short period, usually 14 days. A data processing agreement with the host is in place.

4. Contact form and email

If you contact me via the form or by email, I process the details you provide (name, email address, subject, message) in order to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about works or commissions, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The form is sent by email to me via the host's mail server. Your data is not passed on to third parties and is deleted once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

This website links to Instagram. No data is transferred to Instagram until you click the link.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.
